Healthy Life Club Life Program Terms & Conditions
By applying for or using the Healthy Life Club Life member's Card you agree to:
be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any variations to them;
You may alter your Healthy Life store at any time by completing a Change of details form in-store.
The Card is not a credit card, charge card or a guarantee card and is not transferable.
The Card and any vouchers associated with the Club Life program remain the property of Healthy Life at all times.
Your Card must be not tampered with and, excluding normal wear and tear must remain undamaged. Healthy Life will not be responsible for any damaged, stolen or lost Club Life Cards.
Members will earn Reward Points (each a "Point") on all purchases they make at any participating Healthy Life store. A Member will receive a minimum 1 Reward Point for every 20C spent (5 Points per $1.00). Reward Points can only be added to a Card at the time and place of purchase.
The Member's Card will only have points updated if the Card is presented (and scanned by the sales assistant) when the Members makes a purchase at a participating Healthy Life store. Non presentation and scanning of the Card may result in you not acquiring any Reward Points for your purchase.
In most instances Reward Points earned will be allocated to the Member 1 hour after making a purchase. This is subject to specific promotional terms and system availability. If you are shopping at another Healthy Life store (not the store where you joined Club Life), the store where you are shopping will enter your first and last name into the system to ensure your are accredited with your Reward Points at that store.
1 Reward Point is worth 1 cent. Members will be eligible to redeem their Reward Points to pay for the whole or part of any product or service at any participating Healthy Life store when that Member has accumulated a minimum balance of 500 Reward Points. Once a minimum of 500 Reward Points have been achieved your receipt will have printed on it a voucher for $5.00 which you can redeem at your next Healthy Life purchase.
If you rapidly accumulate multiples of 500 points your Club Life Reward Points voucher will reflect your higher point levels. For example, if you quickly accumulate 1,000 points (via the one transaction) a Club Life Rewards Points voucher for $10.00 will be printed. If you quickly accumulate 1,500 points a Club Life Rewards Points voucher for $15.00 will be printed, and so on. The value of any voucher is off the sale price regardless of any discount already applied to the item purchased.
Once issued, your Club Life Rewards Points voucher expires after 21 days.
For the purposes of calculating the value of an individual purchase Reward Points are gained based on the price of the product inclusive of GST.
Bonus points will be offered from time to time during special promotions on selected products or services and can be earned in addition to normal Reward Points.
To redeem your Club Life Reward Points voucher, present your Club Life Card and Club Life Rewards Points voucher and any further identification requested when you make your next purchase at any participating Healthy Life store. No change will be given for purchases valued at less than the face value of the voucher you are redeeming.
Subject to anything else contained herein all Reward Points will have a life of 1 year. Healthy Life may cancel or bring forward the expiry date of any Reward Points at any time in its absolute discretion without reason or notice.
Club Life Reward Points cannot be redeemed for cash. Reward Points are not transferable and can only be earned and redeemed by the person to whom the Card has been issued.
The safe keeping of redemption Reward Points vouchers or any associated voucher is the Member's responsibility. Healthy Life or any Healthy Life store will not be responsible for redeeming any Reward Point voucher or any other voucher if it is not presented by the Member.
If a Healthy Life store elects to resign from the Healthy Life Club Life program or Healthy Life Banner Group, all unredeemed points earned at the resigning Healthy Life store are cancelled as at the date of resignation.
To the extent permitted by law, Healthy Life or any participating Healthy Life store will not be liable for any errors, omissions, delays or disruptions in the operation of the Healthy Life Club Life Program and will not be liable for any loss caused by any such errors, omissions, delays or disruptions.
Healthy Life or any participating Healthy Life store will not allow redemption of any Reward Points that have been credited to a Member in error. Any Reward Points that have been credited to a Member in error may be deducted from subsequent Reward Points standing to the credit of that Member. This decision is at the discretion of Healthy Life or any participating Healthy Life store. No discussion will be entered into.
Members must promptly notify their Healthy Life store of any change of their address or if their Card is lost or stolen. Healthy Life or any participating Healthy Life store is not liable for any delay in providing or replacing the Card or for any unauthorised use of the Card.
As a Member you may have the chance to win prizes and receive offers when presenting your Card at a participating Healthy Life store. Competitions and other offers will be subject to their own Terms and Conditions which will be available in store and/or at www.healthylife.net.au.
Healthy Life may suspend or terminate the Member's membership in the Healthy Life Club Life Program at any time without reason or notice as Healthy Life's discretion determines. Healthy Life will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from any suspension or termination.
Healthy Life also offers its Club Life Members other benefits including a 20% discount on Magic Monday and discounts on other days, which are at the discretion of individual Healthy Life stores. The Magic Monday 20% discount applies to the recommended retail prices of products only and excludes food, perishables and practitioner lines. In addition to this Club Life members will receive other offers (exclusive and non exclusive) from Healthy Life from time to time as well Club Life e-newsletters, Magic Monday SMS reminder messages and other promotional offers via SMS, email and post. A Club Life Member can only access these special offers if their Card is presented to and scanned by the sales assistant when the Member makes a purchase at a participating Healthy Life store.
No Healthy Life store has any authority, express or implied, to make any representation, warranty or statement on behalf of Healthy Life or other Healthy Life stores in relation to the Healthy Life Club Life Program and Healthy Life accepts no liability in respect of any representation, warranty or statement made by any Healthy Life store.
Members acknowledge that a participating Healthy Life store and not Healthy Life will supply products and services. Accordingly, Healthy Life does not give any guarantee, undertaking or warranty concerning the products or services supplied or the performance of any participating Healthy Life store. All conditions and warranties, whether express or implied and whether arising under statute or otherwise, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or services supplied by any participating Healthy Life store are expressly excluded to the full extent permitted by law. Any liability Healthy Life may have to a Member under statute in respect of such goods and services which cannot be excluded is limited, where permitted, to supplying, or paying the cost of supplying, the goods or services again or repairing, or paying the costs of repairing, the goods at Healthy Life's option.
Membership in the Healthy Life Club Life Program will be cancelled immediately and all accumulated Reward Points will be forfeited if a Club Life Member fails to comply with these membership Terms and Conditions or is caught shop-lifting or engages in misleading or deceptive conduct connected with the Club Life program or any participating Healthy Life store in any way.
If your Club Life Membership is in-active for 12 months or more your Reward Points will be forfeited.
Information concerning Members, including information contained in the application form and information relating to earning Reward Points, credits and debits will be held in a database for Healthy Life and will be made available to any participating Healthy Life store involved in administering the Healthy Life Club Life Program.
The Card and the technology utilised by the Club Life program depend on a third party or parties and Healthy Life is not responsible for computer or technological errors or failures, or for fraud.
Third parties involved in the program do not have any authority, express or implied, to make any representation, warranty or statement on behalf of Healthy Life and Healthy Life accepts no liability in respect of such representations, warranties or statements.
Healthy Life may replace or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion without having to provide any reason. Healthy Life will use its best endeavours to notify Members of any replacement or amendment but will not be liable if it does not.
Your membership details are personal information for the purpose of the Privacy Act.
If you no longer wish to participate in the Club Life program or receive the information or offerings, you can withdraw from the program by notifying Healthy Life in writing and returning the Card to the Marketing Assistant Administration at Healthy Life Partners Pty Ltd, Locked Bag 6270, Regents Park, NSW 2134.
